We are a gated community with only 24 full hookup spacious sites (pull thru and back in). For security purposes, you must have a remote control to enter the park. We live next door so we are always monitoring the park - we are HERE to serve you!
Our roads are paved and our sites include a cement pad with a picnic table. Our sites were designed with shade in mind. When you sit outside your door, you will get the evening shade so that you can relax after a long day at work.
We are a small park with only 24 sites. Most of our guests work in the oil field industry. We cater to you and we make sure our park is quiet for you to rest from a long day at work.
We accept major credit and debit cards, check, or cash
We have an electrical meter at each site to calculate electricity used during the past month.
You will be charged 12¢ per KWH for the electricity consumed with next month's rent.
Water, sewer, ice, and unlimited WiFi are included.

We have both 50 and 30 amp service. Same rate for both
Unlimited WIFI - we do not have cable service - San Antonio local stations have excellent reception here. You can also bring your own antenna or satellite dish.
We have a nice outdoor shower facility for our guests to use.

Welcome to our website. We are Mike and Camila Mares and we are the owners. Mike retired from the San Antonio Police Department after serving 31 years. Mike is currently serving our community as the Constable for Atascosa County. Camila retired in 2017 after working in the retail industry for 35 years . She worked for HEB (25 yrs) & Best Buy (10yrs) Camila manages the park and dedicates her time serving our guests.
